Head of State occurs as comedy film; directed by Chris Rock in 2003. A movie stars Chris Rock as a unfortunate sale-ranking official in the ghettos of Washington, D.C. who is tapped to become the next presidential candidate for an unnamed party. It require him to lose, & in time he decides to break a official persin line & begin speaking his mind on issues. the plot largely existed to give Rock the risk to clean two or three political/cultural standup routines around a film setting.
